To getting your vehicle back to it’s pre-accident condition

1. INITIAL CONSULATION

Ideally, we would like to see you and your vehicle for an initial consultation/estimate.  You can call us to make an appointment or use our online booking form. At the time of the consultation we can review the damage, verify your vehicle options, order the required parts, discuss your expectations and set a repair date. Allow between 10 to 15 minutes.

2. VEHICLE DROP-OFF

Most people want to drop-off their vehicle and get on the road as quickly as possible. At drop-off, we will confirm you preferred contact method, quickly review the repair plan and transfer you into a rental or fleet vehicle (we can also shuttle you to your home or office). You’ll be on your way in about 30 minutes if you require a rental vehicle but less if you just need a shuttle.

3. REPAIR

Once your vehicle is on site, we will complete a thorough assessment to document all the damage. Once we have the necessary authorization and parts on site, we will start repairs, keeping you updated on our progress as things proceed.

Our technicians have the latest tools, equipment and training to restore you vehicle to pre-accident condition.

4. VEHICLE PICK-UP

Pick-up is the best part, since this hassle in your life is behind you. Typically this is pretty seamless as we only have a small amount of paperwork to finish-up and we answer any questions you may have about the repair.

5. PEACE OF MIND
